Refund policy

Arranging your return.

Please advise us within 14 days of receipt of order if you wish to return the goods. 

To be eligible for a return , the goods must be in the same condition that you received them and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please contact us at sales@monumentalsupplies.co.uk. and advise what you are returning and we will confirm the return procedure.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be tracked on our system so unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can resolve the issue.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refund your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund .
